As a fitness coach, my focus is on helping clients achieve their fitness goals through tailored, results-driven training programs. With a background as a former National Record holder in Track & Field, along with certifications in personal training, Pilates, and health coaching, I guide individuals in building strength, improving endurance, and enhancing overall fitness. To support the recovery process, I incorporate the Wim Hof Method and Sleep Science Coaching. These methods are integral to my approach, helping clients improve mental resilience, optimize sleep, and accelerate recovery, ensuring they perform at their best both physically and mentally. Whether working with athletes or individuals seeking to improve their health, my goal is to create a balanced approach that fosters long-term well-being and peak performance.
